Platform for practicing English?

Actually, it's quite hard to see foreign friends using this site, because we don't foreign languages. Now it seems that nearly no one posts or chats here.

Considering about time, it's not so cost-effective to practice English by making pen pals.
Maybe you can watch some foreign live streams to learn English or just get paid for 1V1 practicing with foreign teachers.

I think you could use some dating apps such as TInder. On this kind of apps you can find users overseas. Maybe you could also get some unexpected surprise
